Rome. 1946. Alvaro and his team arrive in Rome to a less than friendly welcome. Faithful to the Church in every way, they can’t seem to overcome postwar distrust from the gatekeepers protecting the pope. Now, the gentle and obedient Alvaro must find a way, in charity and love, to win an audience with the pope, and to finally register Opus Dei within the Church.
