1894. Twenty-one year old Therese is now Sister Therese of the Child Jesus, the assistant novice mistress at the Carmelite convent in Lisieux. And her older sister Pauline is the Mother Prioress. But the Martin family faces new struggles. Papa’s health is declining. And Therese finds that her “Little Way”, is a lot more difficult than she expected.
