Bernadette of Lourdes: Episode Five

Bernadette perseveres, in spite of her family, the crowd, and the police. She trusts in God, earnestly asking The Lady her name. She also ardently desires to receive her first Communion and, though she is not a gifted student, studies hard and achieves her goals.

This episode contains scenes of intensity and threats of violence. This episode also includes discussions of poverty and family arguments. An atheistic character mocks Bernadette’s visions.
